Tehama Golf Club
Just off the Pacific coast, above the city heat of Carmel, Calif., sits the breezy private course owned by Clint Eastwood. It's called Tehama (tah-HEY-ma), the same name as his line of golf apparel. The 18-hole "Tehama" course at the Tehama Golf Club facility in Carmel, California features 6,506 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 72. The course rating is 71 and it has a slope rating of 135 on. Designed by Jay Morrish, ASGCA, the Tehama golf course opened in 1999. John Zoller manages the course as the General Manager.

Mission Ranch Inn
Currently owned by filmstar Clint Eastwood, Carmel's Mission Ranch has had a long and interesting history, transforming itself from a 160 acre ranch into a dairy farm, then into an officers' club, and finally into a hotel, which it remains to this day!
Going back to the early '50s, when Eastwood himself, then stationed at Fort Ord, had started coming there, Mission Ranch Restaurant was the place for "good food and good fun." All you had to say was "meet me at the ranch" and everyone knew that you meant the Mission Ranch Restaurant. Families and honeymooners who came to stay in the cottages that dotted the 12-acre property ate many meals there, but it was the locals who laid claim to it as their own private watering hole and family restaurant.
Now spread across 22 acres, this scenic establishment still houses the old farmhouse and barn, a popular restaurant, a fitness center, 6 tennis courts and a lot of Old World charm.
